We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your order! At VAREEN, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware that return shipping costs typically range between $20 and $40.

We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable packages.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@vareen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received return instructions from us, send your items to the address provided.
Please make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable and insured shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
After we receive your returned item in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, please note that order cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

Important Notes

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached, and show no signs of use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear used, damaged, or not in resalable condition.

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the courier you choose.
